3 days, 2 nights in Lesbos: itinerary overview
Akçay Port · Meeting: 06:30 · Ferry departure: 07:00 · Approximate crossing: 30 min
Day 1: Jumbo and Plomari
After the ferry crossing, visit Jumbo shopping centre and Plomari. Tour the Barbayanni ouzo factory and museum, learn about production and enjoy a tasting. Free time allows an optional swim. Return to the hotel; an evening transfer to the town centre is provided.
Day 2: Mytilini, Gera and Agiasos
After breakfast, explore Ermou Street, Agios Therapon Church, the old bazaar, Yeni Mosque and the hammam in Mytilini. Visit Lidl, continue through Gera Gulf to Agiasos and Panagia Vrefokratousa Church, then enjoy free time for coffee and shopping. A Greek tavern evening with live music and sirtaki follows.
Day 3: Petra, Molivos and Mandamados
After breakfast, climb the 114 steps to Petra’s rock-top church and take a lunch and sea break. Continue to Molivos and Mandamados to visit Taxiarchis Church, with time for honey yogurt and lokma. Pass through Thermi for a panoramic view of Sarlıca Palas before the return ferry.
On day 3, reach Mytilini Port around 15:30–16:00 for passport formalities and duty-free shopping. The return ferry to Akçay departs at 17:00.
